Admission

Admissions are open to Indian citizens who have either passed or appeared for the Madhyamik Examination or an equivalent qualification.

To apply, individuals must complete the enclosed Application Form found in the prospectus. The Application Form should be submitted in person at the relevant Youth Computer Training Centre.

There are four sessions available at YCTC Agarpara: January Session, April Session, July Session, and December Session. The admission process for the January Session begins in December of the previous year. Similarly, for the April Session, admissions commence in March of that year, while the July Session admission process starts in June. The September Session admission process begins in September.

For certificate and diploma courses, students must have either appeared or passed the Madhyamik Examination or an equivalent qualification. For the Advanced Diploma, they must have either appeared or passed the Higher Secondary or an equivalent qualification.

Madhyamik Appeared student must carry their Admit Self Attesting itself , higher educated student must carry there Madhyamik Exam Admit and all marksheets alogwith two passport photograph.

Student must have there previous certificate along with aforesaid documents.

Submit the form after filling up properly, and take acknowledgement number either print if possible then come alongwith aforesaid documents.
